It’s always a worry when you work hard to prepare for a gathering of friends, will anyone talk to each other? Will the music be to everyone’s taste? Will the food be eaten and do you have enough drinks available!?
Over the weekend we hosted a party to celebrate a couple of overdue milestones, the fact we had moved into a new place and birthday put off from earlier in the year. The house had been tidied and cleaned, copious amounts of alcohol bought and a variety of delicious munchies stocked. To give the party a little life an appropriate playlist had been compiled and the Lego built and displayed. Even the ants had been groomed!
